To maintain a healthy eyesight, it is important to eat a well balanced diet with essential nutrients.

You can also protect your eyes by making lifestyle changes. These changes include: 
• Avoiding tobacco or anything related to smoking. 
• Exercising regularly. 
• Wearing sunglasses that block UV rays. 
• Take breaks from the computer.
