Abnormal brain wiring may be the underlying cause of conduct disorder or severe antisocial behavior in some youths

The researchers tracked the abnormalities to a part of the brain called the corpus callosum and suggested that these wiring abnormalities may be the underlying cause of some of the callous behaviour seen in some severely antisocial youths, including lack of empathy and a disregard for other people’s feelings.
