Don’t fall for the façade Loneliness affects older men too

Men are not supposed to cry, right? That was then. Men not only cry, they sometimes weep, but it may all be internalized.

These researchers show that loneliness is a problem among many older men. The risk is greater among those with complicating medical or social issues such as poor health or disability, recent bereavement, or financial difficulties. So don't fall for the façade. Do what you can to keep the older men in your life socially engaged.
